If an appliance has stopped working as expected, start with its repair category and describe the symptom. You don’t need to identify a failed part before asking for help.
For laundry equipment, vent cleaning, mildew cleaning, and maintenance are part of the offering. Ice-machine cleaning and commercial refrigeration maintenance are also available. Ask about those tasks directly when they’re the reason for your inquiry.
